Webymind POS supports 80mm/88mm and 57mm thermal receipt roll widths.

80mm is the standard and recommended roll size for customer receipts — it accommodates a full VAT breakdown, logo printing, and complete item list with descriptions. 57mm rolls are supported for compact printers and portable Bluetooth models, and are well-suited for kitchen order tickets.

The critical requirement is that your Webymind POS printer configuration must match the roll width physically installed in your printer. A mismatch causes text overflow and misaligned totals. Configuration is done once in settings and takes under a minute.
What happens if the printer loses power during service? +
If you use a battery-powered wireless thermal printer, your printer continues operating normally through a power cut.

Battery-powered wireless printers — Bluetooth or WiFi — have their own internal power supply independent of mains electricity. When the CEB power goes out, the printer continues printing on battery. Your tablet POS device also runs on its own battery. If your tablet uses a mobile data SIM or eSIM, it continues syncing to the cloud without any interruption.
